From the initial contact to the final completion of selling the house Emma was faultless, an absolute diamond. Emma was in contact with us and also contactable at all the stages and dealt with any issues and requests professionally and promptly. The fees for her services were honest and fair and worth every penny. Mainstream estate agents need to take a leaf out of her book as in my opinion has set a new bench mark for fair practice. If asked for a recommendation for an estate agent Emma would be the only I could recommend, and we have used a few over the years. 10/10 effort, service and exacution. Thank you.

Emma is quite literally the best estate agent in the Cotswolds, hands down! I initially enquired about the sale price of my house on Rightmove, before Christmas. Emma was the only agent to call me and discuss my options with me. I explained that I wasn’t necessarily looking to sell but I would like to know more in the new year. Within a few days I received a pack in the post detailing Emma’s thoughts about the outside of the house & curb appeal etc etc. Christmas passed and I received a call from Emma, not to push rather letting me know that she hadn’t forgotten about me and the ball was firmly in our court which was a nice touch. Within the space of 6 weeks mine and my fiancés personal situation changed dramatically and as such, we needed to sell the house. Emma was the only agent I wanted to call due to her approach, what she offers & her personable style. Within a few days our house was on the market with EIGHT viewings booked. Emma booked in a viewing day so that our diary wasn’t impacted & got 3 offers that day. Knowing our situation, Emma again didn’t push or prod and went through all of our buyers situation so that we could make the most logical decision (not like some agents that will only let you view a property if your a cash buyer or have accepted an offer and instructed a solicitor). We decided to go with a lovely lady who really, really wanted the house. During the sale Emma came to life even more! We had a WhatsApp group, Emma chased solicitors for us, spoke to my mortgage advisor & even went as far as calling the chain to get updates for us. I personally believe that had Emma not done the above then we would have possibly struggled to meet certain deadlines. We moved out yesterday & Emma met me personally to take the keys and say goodbye. Not only that, but she gave me several gifts including a teddy for my soon to be born baby. In some ways, I feel like Emma has always been known to us & she has completely changed my opinion on the industry. If you’re looking for an estate agent that; challenges the norm, does things differently, acts with high levels of integrity, fights your corner & truly does their best for you then please, give Emma a call. You will not regret it! I hear she intends to donate a lump sum from her fee to a charity of our choice - this is not normal behaviour in what is known as a cut throat industry & that is why she is the best!
